Mom Support Group

Hosted by a nurse navigator, this weekly virtual support group is a safe space where mothers with cancer can share and connect with other moms navigating their journey.

“This group has been so comforting knowing I’m not alone and that other moms are going through a similar experience. Once a week, we get together virtually to talk, share, laugh, cry and support each other. We even have a WhatsApp group so I can lean on others, chat and ask questions throughout the month.”

Holding Space Together

Losing a partner to cancer while raising children is one of the hardest things a person can face. Holding Space Together is a monthly six-session support group for spouses and partners in Ontario who have experienced the death of a loved one to cancer.

In a safe, compassionate space, you will connect with others who truly understand. Together, participants explore grief, honour who they lost, navigate parenting after the death of a partner, and build coping strategies alongside people walking the same path.

You don’t have to carry this alone.
